It seems like there is a division of people in the world. I am trying to analyze this and whether this is a substantive distinction or otherwise. I have made groups of attributes for one type of person and the other. Can you help me figure out if these are spurious correlations or if the data is clustered? I am not sure whether psychology or philosophy speaks to this, but it would be helpful to know if this is covered by either of these branches of study.
One type of people seems to favor relative values: such and such a person is better/prettier/etc than another person. This type of person seems to favor hierarchies. This way you have an ordered set of people. This type of person requires external validation.
Another type of person seems to favor absolute values: is such and such a good person in terms of what does one mean and how does one quantify this? This type of person does not place much importance in hierarchies. This type of person places importance in individual and group relationships. This type of person's self-worth comes from within.
