Using Email with the Web
Often, you'll want to send email from a web(-facing) application or process
email and have this talk to the web
Example: forum + mailing list
A common use-case (and in fact, one that has been talked about
with respect to p2pu.org is a combination
mailing list discussions.
Desired features:
- the ability to start a discussion via the web
- the ability to read and comment on discussions via the web
- notification emails for people subscribed to the forum
- the ability to respond to notification emails to comment on posts
- the ability to start discussions via email
